COMMENTS ON THIS DRILL: This drill makes the post player flash to the high post with agility in order to get the ball to score.

VIDEOS OF VARIOUS TYPES OF PASSING

Form 3 lines facing the pivot with point player with a ball.

Put all the forward players in one line under the goal to one side.

The first forward breaks and maneuvers in the high post pivot area until he has received the ball and passed it back to every one of the guard players. 3 passes in and 3 passes out.

Here is the opportunity to teach your forwards to put their body against their defender and seal him.

The second pivot player in line then attempts to maneuver in the same manner while the defensive player attempts to deflect or intercept the passes.
