Great option in preparing for upcoming school season
NO SCRIMMAGING, FUNDAMENTALS ONLY!
The fall time is a great time to get your athletes spending time on the fundamentals. Once the season starts having to spend valuable practice time working on ball handling and shooting form is frustrating. With the MHSAA 3 athlete rule it is hard to work with them in the fall, which is why we offer this camp. We want to insure every coach that promotes our Pre-Season camp (grades 7-12) that ball handling and shooting skills ONLY will be taught. We strictly prohibit any scrimmaging, horse play or 1 on 1 play. Our Pre-Season camps are designed to stress the fundamentals and focus on every athlete doing it right. These camps will be intense and each player will be expected to show up ready to learn and perform. Any camper goofing around or pushing the rules will be ask to leave. Young players that begin this kind of training and stay with it will greatly improve on these skills. Most kids that learn these skills will find themselves practicing them on their own. Coaches are welcome anytime to observe providing you’re within the MHSAA 3 player rule.
